Appointment and Website Terms — Caroline Jones Updated 1 November 2026.
1. Appointments Caroline Jones is a registered osteopath based in Fairlight, near Hastings. Appointments take place at the clinic; home visits are not available. Please check the Contact page for the clinic address and contact details before travelling. Contact us if you are unsure which appointment is suitable.
2. Booking and fees Use the online booking service or contact the practice to arrange an appointment. Please provide accurate contact details and check the appointment date and time. Current fees and payment arrangements should be confirmed with the practice; no unconfirmed example price on a third-party page should be treated as an agreed fee. Any specific payment arrangement agreed for your appointment applies subject to your statutory rights.
3. Cancellation and refunds Please contact the practice as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Notice is measured before the scheduled appointment start time. Where you have paid for the appointment: • At least 48 hours’ notice: a full refund of the appointment amount paid. • At least 24 hours but less than 48 hours’ notice: a 50% refund of the appointment amount paid. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: no refund under this cancellation policy. This policy does not remove any statutory right or apply as a restriction on a refund where the practice cancels an appointment. Contact the practice to discuss a reschedule; do not assume an appointment has changed until the change is confirmed.
4. Information and care Website information is general information and is not a diagnosis, a promise of treatment suitability or a guarantee of an outcome. Assessment and any appropriate treatment or advice are discussed at your appointment. Do not use this website or its messaging service for urgent medical help.
5. Privacy and communications Please read the Privacy Policy. Only provide information needed for booking or a general enquiry; avoid sending medical history or payment-card information through general enquiries. Transactional appointment communications and optional promotional messages have separate preferences.
6. Website and booking service We aim to keep appointment information accurate. If a booking detail appears incorrect or you cannot use the service, please contact us. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
