Please do not include medical history, payment-card details or other sensitive information in a general website enquiry. We use booking and contact information to arrange and manage appointments and respond to you. This supports your requested booking and our legitimate interest in running the appointment service. Optional promotional messages require the relevant recorded permission; booking consent and marketing consent are separate. You can withdraw optional marketing permission without cancelling an appointment. How long we keep your data
Booking and contact information is retained while you remain a current customer and it is needed to administer your appointments. You may request removal through the privacy contact below. We review information when it is no longer needed and remove or anonymise it where appropriate. A deletion request is subject to any applicable legal or professional record-retention requirements. Clinical records may need to be retained separately for longer and are not automatically erased when a website or booking account is removed. If information must be retained, we will explain the reason and limit its use.
